Now, we are looking for a Quality Manager to join our Group Quality team in Kista, Stockholm. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our products are safe, compliant, and meet the expectations of our customers.

About the role

As a Quality Manager, you will take on a broad and central responsibility for driving and maintaining a systematic quality and product safety framework across the business.

You will ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements in Sweden and Denmark before they reach the market.

This is a role where you get to combine structure, expertise, and collaboration to strengthen both product quality and customer trust.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving and implementing processes to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Acting as the main internal point of contact for product safety, as well as towards authorities and certification bodies
  • Planning and conducting audits and controls to secure product compliance and quality standards
  • Owning and managing the incident and recall process, including hands-on support when needed
  • Ensuring accurate, up-to-date and legally compliant documentation and ensuring that our products and packaging comply with all requirements
  • Supporting and educating the organization in quality, product safety, and packaging matters
  • Developing and optimizing packaging solutions to reduce climate impact while ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, and customer value
  • Working closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, Sustainability, and other stakeholders, and acting as a key link between Dollarstore and the Group Quality team within Tokmanni
  • Using customer insights to drive continuous improvements in quality and processes

Our expectations

This role is a good fit for you if you are a quality management professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on work in a dynamic environment.

You have:

  • A post-secondary education and at least 5 years of experience within quality and regulatory compliance for consumer products
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to product safety and quality
  • Understanding of production methods and product requirements
  • Experience working with audits, documentation, and compliance processes
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish, other Nordic languages are a plus
