Position Summary:
The Regulatory Manager leads the development, oversight, and execution of regulatory compliance programs across Bonduelle Americas’ supply chain in support of business objectives. This role ensures that products, processes, and operations comply with all applicable international, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, as well as relevant industry standards.
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Food Safety & Quality with a dotted line to the Director, Corporate Affairs, the Regulatory Manager owns the day-to-day execution, team performance, and regulatory program delivery. The role oversees internal controls, auditing systems, and risk-based compliance testing to proactively identify, detect, and correct non-compliance. Working closely with cross-functional partners, the Regulatory Manager embeds regulatory excellence into innovation, commercialization, and operations—enabling speed, confidence, and integrity in a fast-changing regulatory environment.
As a subject matter expert, this role represents Bonduelle with regulatory agencies, trade associations, and industry groups, contributing technical expertise and perspective on legislation, regulations, and guidance that influence the company’s long-term business strategy.
