The role:
We are looking for an Asset Manager to join our team at Euro Pool System — a leading provider of logistics services in the European fresh supply chain, specializing in reusable packaging for fresh and packaged foods. Our reusable trays are an industry standard, and as Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of this rental packaging across multiple markets.
You will be the key link between our company, suppliers, and tenants, ensuring smooth commercial, logistical, and financial processes — with real impact on supply chain efficiency and sustainability.

Skills & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Implement guidelines and projects for reusable tray rental and asset management
- Manage relationships with suppliers and tenants through regular visits and communication
- Ensure all commercial, logistical and financial processes run smoothly
- Monitor contract terms and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and standardize work processes to maximize efficiency
- Prevent misuse and loss of rental trays and related services
- Analyze market opportunities and threats
- Collect market information about competitors, prices and commercial conditions
- Prepare reports and inform management about project development
Requirements
- Experience in supplier or tenant management
- Knowledge of commercial and logistical processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work with KPIs and reporting
- Knowledge of Slovak, Hungarian and English language
- Ability to travel

-We are founded in 1992.
-We introduced our iconic green reusable plastic crates (RPCs) in the 90's, which became a staple in the transportation and storage of fresh produce across Europe.
-In the mid-2000s, we implemented RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) technology to track and trace our RPCs more efficiently.
-In 2021 we started using the first recycled folding trays.
-We’ve got over 70 service centres all over Europe – you can find us in most countries. So, wherever you are in Europe, our efficient network has got you covered.
-Through new technologies and knowledge, we were able to lower our washing temperature in 2022 which resulted in significant reduction of between 47% and 52% in our gas consumption.
-In 2017 we agreed that we want to reduce our carbon footprint by 20% by 2025 by implementing several improvement projects.
