Are you the technical all-rounder who convinces customers with smart solutions for the horticulture sector?

At Speria, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer who easily combines technical expertise with commercial skills. You are the main contact person for our customers – dealers, installers and other partners in the chain – and you translate their technical questions into well-thought-out solutions and services. With your technical insight and commercial drive, you work closely with the sales department to always offer customers the best possible solution.

These are your tasks as a Technical Sales Engineer:

• You give technical presales and sales advice to customers and installation partners
• You maintain cooperation with partners and actively build a network of dealers, partners and other important contacts
• You closely follow market developments and support projects at our partners and customers
• You develop new product–market combinations through knowledge networks and events.
• You standardize products and prepare professional quotations
• You work together with production, support the implementation of standardized products and monitor the progress of production orders
• You contribute to the Hotraco Academy
• You check parts and their availability, and you harmonize sales processes and price lists

Skills & Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in a commercial or technical role
• Strong communication skills in Dutch, English and German
• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• A strong and broad technical background
• Competences: accuracy, commercial awareness, customer focus, ability to work independently

• A direct employment contract with the prospect of a permanent contract
• Salary between €4,316 and €4,580 according to the Metalworking Collective Labour Agreement
• 25 vacation days and 13 additional days off (full-time)

• You work both at the office and in project locations
