About the Role
As our AI Developer / Product Owner, you will play a key role in making AI real across the organization.
You will take ownership of AI solutions throughout their full lifecycle, from early idea and use case definition to development, deployment, maintenance, and eventual decommissioning. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will turn needs into practical, secure, and measurable AI solutions that create real business value.
This is a hands-on role where you combine technical execution with product ownership. You build, test, improve, and maintain solutions while ensuring they remain aligned with business goals, compliance requirements, and long-term sustainability.
At the same time, you act as a connector between business and technology. You help colleagues understand how AI can support their daily work, create momentum around AI adoption, and ensure solutions are built with the right balance of speed, quality, and governance.

This is a Nordic role with flexibility in where you are based. The position can be based in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, or Helsinki. As this is a cross-Nordic role, some travel should be expected.
