
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven User Research Specialist to join our Research & Insights team for parental leave cover. You'll play a vital role in helping teams across Toca Boca understand our players' needs and behaviors.
You will be the go-to person for planning, executing, and communicating user research, ensuring that insights have a real impact on our products. If you love diving deep into the "why" behind player behavior and turning those findings into actionable strategies, this role is for you!
You’ll be at the heart of our research efforts, collaborating with data scientists, market researchers, and product teams to champion a user-centered approach to everything we do.

This is a 12-month parental leave cover position starting in August 2026. It is based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). You need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation or offer remote work. As we’re an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
