What you'll do

• Design and build a cloud/hybrid platform for usage data processing using Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Work in an international environment with a modern cloud and data stack.
• Take part in the full product lifecycle: from idea to customer feedback.
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to move faster and improve code quality.
• Design and integrate AI/ML features, including LLM‑based functionality, automation, and data‑driven insights.
• Help decide where AI adds value, which models/services to use, and how to keep them safe and reliable.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, globally distributed teams.
• Write clear documentation and maintainable code.
• Mentor junior engineers, including how to use AI tools responsibly.
• Share responsibility for quality: automated tests (unit, end‑to‑end) and manual testing when needed.
• Build systems where scalability, security, transaction safety, and high throughput matter.
• Lead and join architecture and design discussions, including AI integration decisions.

What you'll bring

• Solid experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Kubernetes and containers.
• Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases at high scale.
• Experience with CI/CD and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and Jira.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience profiling and optimizing Java for performance.
• Familiarity with Maven or Gradle.
• A strong grasp of software design principles.

And you also bring:

• Hands‑on use of AI coding assistants in your daily work, with a realistic view of their strengths and limits.
• Experience or familiarity with integrating LLMs and AI services into production apps (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, open‑source models), including patterns like RAG.
• Awareness of AI safety, security, and ethics: data privacy, prompt injection, hallucinations, and responsible use in enterprises.
• Bonus: experience with AI agents, MCP, vector databases, or AI‑heavy SaaS products.
