Do you enjoy working close to production and sharing your knowledge with others?
We are looking for an experienced trainer to support our customers in developing their skills and improving their operations.
About the role
As an EMBA Academy Trainer, you will deliver hands-on and theoretical training in real production environments worldwide. You will support customers in improving safety, quality, and efficiency, while sharing best practices and building strong relationships.
Main responsibilities
• Deliver training in corrugated board converting
• Support improvements in safety, quality, and productivity
• Share best practices in operations and processes
• Work closely with production teams at customer sites
Skills & Requirements
Your profile
You have a solid production background and enjoy developing others.
You:
• Have experience in corrugated converting (operator, die-cutting, printing, maintenance, or lean)
• Have a strong interest in training and knowledge sharing
• Are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Thrive in an international environment with travel
Qualifications
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Good MS Office skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Extensive travel is a required and integral part of the role, as most training sessions are conducted at customer locations.
