We are looking for two Procurement specialists based in Risavika (Sola) or Espoo office. Positions are temporary until 31.12.2027, starting as agreed/as soon as possible.

Our purpose is to secure access to cleaner energy for our customers. We help them navigate the energy transition towards continuously reducing emissions. Our areas of expertise are biogas, liquefied biogas (LBG) natural gas, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and electricity markets. We own and operate biogas plants and an extensive network of gas filling stations in the Nordic countries. Our customers include industry and businesses that use a lot of energy as well as maritime and land transport providers.

At Gasum, our procurement team plays a pivotal role in the sustenance and growth of our business. Our team of one Head of Procurement and two Procurements Specialists is committed to/focused/responsible for tendering processes, negotiations & agreements and new - renewals.

Tasks related to the Purchasing and Procurement of goods and services to all Gasum`s activities such as group functions/support, projects and operational activities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage and conduct the tender (RFQ) process by preparing and issuing tenders acc. to set strategies.
• Manage and conduct bid evaluation, negotiations and prepare award recommendation.
• Renewal of agreements
• Provide procurement guidance and support to internal stakeholders
• Support the organization with procure planning and tendering activities for meeting the identified saving potential
• Ensure the work is performed in accordance with internal governance requirements, applicable procedures, instructions, contracts, documentation
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in purchasing (oil and gas industry).
• Experience in contract negotiations
• Speaks and writes English fluently
• Team‑oriented and positive attitude in cross‑functional collaboration
• Ownership and delivery both independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Goal‑focused way of working with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
