Then this new role as iHotraco Technical Sales Consultant (SaaS) might be perfect for you! iHotraco is the digital platform from Speria. With iHotraco, our customers can monitor and control their systems in real time and use data to improve their performance. Your main goal in this role is to unleash the potential of iHotraco and get maximum value out of it. You are the link between sales, dealers, customers, marketing and our technical teams. You support dealers in selling iHotraco, you train users, collect feedback from the market and help us grow iHotraco in a smart and structured way.
Your tasks as iHotraco Technical Sales Consultant (SaaS):
• Help define and roll out the sales strategy for iHotraco
• Support Account managers and dealers with iHotraco questions and sales cases
• Actively reach out to dealers and customers to promote iHotraco
• Give training and demos to dealers and customers (online and on-site)
• Help customers to use iHotraco in the best way in their daily work
• Work with marketing on content and campaigns for iHotraco
• Help build an iHotraco Academy (training materials, e-learning, manuals, videos)
• Collect feedback from the market and share this with our development team
• You have bachelor level in Agribusiness, Agricultural Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, Commercial Economics, etc.
• You have experience in technical sales, customer success, consultancy or SaaS support
• You like to work with both technology and sales
• You have strong communication skills and you enjoy giving training courses.
• You are proactive, hands-on and like to visit customers and dealers
• You speak and write good English; other languages are a plus
What we offer
• A direct year contract with the possibility of a permanent contract
• Salary between €3902 - €4474 according to the Metalworking Collective Labour Agreement (CAO)
• 25 days of holiday and 13 additional days off (based on full-time)

• A mix of working at the office, from home and on the road (visiting customers and dealers)
