Main goal

The Brand Production team is currently recruiting three positions for UEFA EURO 2028:

• Brand Production Assistant – 09/26 – 08/28 – reporting to the Uniform Manager
• Brand Production Assistant – 09/26 – 07/28 – reporting to the Uniform Manager
• Brand Production Assistant – 09/26 – 05/28 – reporting to the Brand Production Team Leader (National Competitions)

The roles supports the full life cycle of uniform and brand-related production projects, ensuring that high quality items are developed, produced, delivered, executed and distributed on time for UEFA events.

Key responsibilities

Uniform projects

  • Collaborating with the uniform team to develop uniform projects from initial concept through to final distribution
  • Supervising staff fitting sessions, ensuring accurate size collection and data management across all target groups

Procurement, tenders & supplier coordination

  • Contributing to tender launches, bidding processes and related legal and administrative procedures
  • Supporting procurement activities for brand-related items across competitions

Administration & reporting

  • Maintaining accurate inventories and documentation
  • Compiling project information, generating reports and developing guidelines to support ongoing and future projects
  • Preparing engaging and visually striking PowerPoint presentations to support internal communication and decision-making

Event & brand production support

  • Supporting the brand production team day-to-day in managing orders with internal stakeholders and suppliers, inventories, stock distribution and stakeholder deliveries
  • Monitoring shipments and collaborating closely with the event logistics team to ensure smooth transport and deliveries

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

  • from 1 to 3 years of experience in a multicultural business environment
  • from 1 to 3 years of experience working with suppliers in a project management and procurement role
  • from 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports or retail industry

Education:

  • Bachelor's in event management, sports management or retail management

Languages:

  • English/ proficient

Other requirements:

  • Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
  • Attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of design artwork and production
