Working as a DevOps Engineer in Internal Operations
As a DevOps Engineer working with Internal AI Tools, you will be a key part of a specialized team dedicated to exploring and integrating AI-driven solutions. Your work will directly impact how we manage knowledge, streamline workflows, and improve overall internal efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to experiment with innovative AI initiatives - from intelligent knowledge management systems to AI bots that enhance operational processes.
Your main responsibilities will most likely include:
- Explore and Implement AI Solutions: Experiment with and integrate modern AI technologies to create tools and systems that enhance internal efficiency.
- Develop Intelligent Systems: Work on prototypes and production-level systems for efficient knowledge management, workflow automation, and more.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the organization to understand needs and tailor AI solutions that deliver measurable improvements.
- Drive Innovation: Continuously seek out opportunities to leverage AI for solving complex internal challenges and enhancing productivity.
- Maintain Quality and Scalability: Ensure that all AI tools and solutions are robust, scalable, and well-integrated with our existing infrastructure.
- Embrace Agile Practices: Participate in our agile, self-organized team environment, where every member is empowered to contribute to delivery and innovation.

- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within engineering, IT or similar with a strong academic record.
- Have a strong interest in AI, modern technology, and software development with a drive to implement state-of-the-art solutions.
- Have experience with machine learning frameworks or AI development tools.
- Have exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex challenges to develop effective, data-driven solutions.
- Be proficient in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Have a desire to learn new skills rapidly, embrace new tasks, and continuously improve existing processes.
We consider it a great asset if you:
- Are familiar with data science principles and have hands-on experience with data analysis.
- Have experience of software development using agile technologies.
- Bring additional language skills or diverse interests that fuel creativity and innovative thinking.
