Working as a Finance Trainee at Roschier

We're now looking for a Finance Trainee to join our Finance & Reporting team in our Helsinki or Stockholm office. In this role, your focus will be on invoicing-related tasks while collaborating with colleagues across both offices, gaining insight into an international and dynamic professional services organization.

The Finance & Reporting team consists of around 20 people working across different areas within the finance function. Your role will primarily focus on invoicing, while also offering visibility into the broader Finance & Reporting function. You will report to the Invoicing Lead. The position is full-time for a 9-month fixed-term period, starting preferably in August 2026 and ending in April 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with monthly billing activities and day-to-day invoicing tasks
• Checking and maintaining basic client and billing information to ensure accuracy
• Collaborating with members of the Finance & Reporting team as well as other internal stakeholders, both in Finland and Sweden
• Supporting other administrative tasks as needed

• An interest in gaining practical experience within an in-house finance function, with a focus on invoicing-related tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish or Swedish, as well as English

Additionally, you may have:

• Ongoing studies in accounting, finance, or a related field, or have recently graduated
• Previous experience from working with customer service and/or administration
