The role as Performance, Learning & Development Specialist

As our Performance, learning & Development Specialist your mission will be to design, embed, and continuously develop a strong performance, learning, and development culture across Lindab supporting business growth and cultural transformation. You will establish and evolve a coherent global framework for performance, development, and learning, ensuring that feedback, development, talent planning, and succession planning are integrated into everyday leadership practices. The role enables leaders, HR Managers, and local HR through clear principles, governance, and modern digital solutions. You will act as a subject matter expert and trusted partner, ensuring global consistency while allowing for local adaptation. This role is critical to ensuring Lindab has the skills, capabilities, and organizational readiness required for future success.

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve the global Performance & Development framework, including the PDT cycle
  • Embed learning as a natural outcome of performance dialogue and feedback
  • Enable leaders through tools and digital ways of working that support continuous feedback, development planning, and learning follow‑up
  • Contribute to the evolution of Lindab Academy as the global learning platform
  • Support talent planning, succession planning, and future capability needs in close collaboration with HR and the business

Who you are

You have deep knowledge of performance management and learning and development. You have an excellent understanding of how feedback, development, learning, and talent processes work together to drive business performance. You have experience of designing frameworks, enabling leaders, and driving adoption across complex, international organisations.

As a person you are strategic, structured, and analytical, with a strong sense of business context. You are also collaborative and relationship‑driven, able to influence without formal authority. In your way of working, you are hands‑on, pragmatic, and digitally curious, translating concepts into practical, scalable solutions.

Finally, it is important for us that you share our values, Customer Success, Down to earth and Neatness and order.

What you bring

  • Relevant academic degree within HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Several years of experience within performance management, learning & development, talent management, or capability development, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience working with digital HR solutions and enabling change through structured communication and adoption
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across functions and countries
