About Us
As a consultant in Transformation & Risk Consulting, you will join a diverse team of over 140 colleagues. Our GRC team serve as a leading advisor in the market and the subject matter expertise in the GRC area including internal audit, internal control, risk management and compliance. We work with the full spectrum of GRC advisory services and our people have highly diverse backgrounds including finance, legal, engineering, business administration and political science.
Our diversity in both people and competencies makes us a leading advisor in the marketplace. We work with high-performing clients in all sectors, with our primary focus being the private sector. An important part of our work is digitalization and integrating new technologies to transform GRC processes for our clients. We advise our clients on their transformation journeys and promote digital, innovative, and sustainable solutions to our clients’ business challenges.
Your Role
- Lead or be part of client projects: within the GRC field incl. governance, internal control, risk management, internal audit and more.
- Tackle current and future challenges: Help clients to drive GRC agenda enabled by digital and innovative solutions to optimize their processes.
- Grow the business: Identify new opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and actively participate in sales activities.
- Contribute to the team: Create an inspiring work environment where knowledge sharing and continual development are central.

Kvalifikationer
We are looking for someone with a strong business acumen, who is proactive and thrives in high-performing environments where no two days are the same.
- Experience: 2–10 years’ experience in the GRC field, incl. risk management, internal control, internal audit and compliance.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is a requirement, Swedish is an advantage.
- Personal qualities: A team player who gets things done, is proactive and has a strong passion for GRC, technology and AI.
Consulting experience and project management experience from Big 4 and/or global organizations is an advantage. We believe you are dynamic, driven and take initiative, as well as enjoy tackling challenges. You have a passion for digitalization and technology, and experience in these areas is a plus. You are values-oriented and gain energy from collaborating with people from various backgrounds.
