As we continue our growth, we are now looking for a skilled and passionate Hyper Car Technician to join our dedicated workshop team.

This is a hands-on and versatile role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision, quality, and craftsmanship are at the core of everything. You will work on some of the world’s most advanced and exclusive vehicles, playing an important role in the build, assembly, maintenance, and preparation of our hypercars.

Your Role

As a Hyper Car Technician at Zenvo, you will be part of the team responsible for assembling, maintaining, and supporting some of the most advanced vehicles in the world. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and fellow technicians to ensure every component fits, functions, and performs to perfection.

This role is broad in scope and includes vehicle assembly, technical support, fault-finding, maintenance, and participation in testing and development activities when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and structural components in prototype, pre-series, and production vehicles.
• Support the full vehicle build process from bare chassis to finished test-ready or delivery-ready vehicle.
• Read and work from technical drawings, build documentation, work instructions, and assembly guidelines.
• Perform mechanical fitting, installation, routing, trimming, and fine-tuning of high-precision components.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and build-related issues in close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Carry out maintenance, repairs, and vehicle preparation to ensure all cars meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
• Support testing, development, and demonstration activities when required.
• Document completed work and contribute observations and improvement suggestions.
• Help maintain a clean, structured, and professional workshop environment with a strong focus on quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

Your Background

• Proven experience in automotive assembly, motorsport, or similar high-performance mechanical environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work from CAD drawings, work orders, technical documentation, and verbal instructions.
• A proactive and hands-on mindset with a strong focus on quality, responsibility, and teamwork.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving workshop environment where pace is high and standards are even higher.
• Experience with fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Danish is a plus, but not required.
