At GlobalConnect, we are improving our Enterprise IT capabilities and looking for a Director, ERP & HR Systems who can lead the strategic ownership of our ERP and HR landscape. This is a key role where you will shape how we work, how we scale, and how we use technology to support our business across Northern Europe.

To do well in this role, you likely have:

• Solid experience leading IT application portfolios or similar leadership roles
• Extensive experience working with ERP and HR systems within Finance, Logistics, or HR domains
• Experience managing transformation initiatives, including cloud-based programs
• Experienced in engaging and partnering with senior leaders across business and IT functions
• Experience leading teams and developing people in a line management role

About the role and your team

You will head our ERP & HR Solutions area within Enterprise IT, with a team distributed across Sweden and Denmark. The team includes specialists and developers working closely with Finance and HR functions.

This role goes beyond managing systems. You will be responsible for the future of our ERP and HR landscape, including a major cloud transformation of IFS and continued development of our HR platforms. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation and play a central role in aligning technology with business priorities.

What you’ll be working on

• Own and oversee the ERP & HR application portfolio across GlobalConnect
• Set and guide the strategic roadmap for ERP and HR systems
• Manage the cloud transformation of IFS ERP and related initiatives
• Develop how we use HR systems, including automation and process improvements
• Manage budget, vendors, and contracts within your domain
• Strengthen governance, security, and compliance
• Lead and develop your team, implementing new ways of working
• Guide change management initiatives and secure adoption throughout the organization
• Use data, automation, and emerging technologies such as AI to improve efficiency

Who we are looking for

You're an experienced leader with a strategic mindset and focused on enabling business outcomes through technology. You are comfortable managing complexity, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals, and shifting between detailed decision-making and strategic leadership.

You are comfortable navigating complexity and know how to move initiatives forward in a large organization.
