This is a key role where you will shape how we work, how we scale, and how we use technology to support our business across Northern Europe.

About the role and your team
You will head our ERP & HR Solutions area within Enterprise IT, with a team distributed across Sweden and Denmark. The team includes specialists and developers working closely with Finance and HR functions.
This role goes beyond managing systems. You will be responsible for the future of our ERP and HR landscape, including a major cloud transformation of IFS and continued development of our HR platforms. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation and play a central role in aligning technology with business priorities.

You're an experienced leader with a strategic mindset and focused on enabling business outcomes through technology. You are comfortable managing complexity, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals, and shifting between detailed decision-making and strategic leadership.
You are comfortable navigating complexity and know how to move initiatives forward in a large organization.
