- Perform technical analysis of existing (“as-built”) network and Webex infrastructure
- Conduct feasibility studies and recommend optimal solutions
- Gather and define business, functional, and technical requirements for Webex and network infrastructure
- Design and develop architecture including network, security, and Webex environments
- Create detailed specifications, implementation plans, and integration strategies for COTS and custom solutions
- Install, configure, integrate, and test infrastructure components and systems
- Provide operational support and transition knowledge to maintenance teams
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Conduct product research, evaluations, and reviews
- Collaborate with architects to ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategies
- Review and validate technical deliverables from internal and external teams
- Participate in architecture reviews for large-scale projects
- Assist with issue resolution, risk management, and mitigation planning
- Support project management activities and documentation as required
Skills & Requirements
- Strong expertise in Cisco Webex, including Webex Boards setup and AV integration
- In-depth knowledge of networking concepts including:
- Distributed computing (N-tier, client/server, intranet/internet architectures)
- Network infrastructure and security
- Wi-Fi Protected Access 2 (WPA2)
- Firewalls, voice/data networks, and unified communications
- Experience with enterprise-level network implementations (COTS and custom solutions)
- Proven ability to design and support video conferencing and collaboration platforms
- Experience in business process reengineering and solution development
- Strong ability to act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders
- Experience in technical analysis, impact assessment, and solution design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Ability to create detailed technical requirements, designs, and implementation plans
