At Na-Nomi, we are looking for an experienced Line Leader who is used to working on a production line and ready to take responsibility for daily operations. You will coordinate the line, support your team, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and work on the production line (packing, labeling, repacking);
- Distribute tasks and supervise operators on the line;
- Monitor quality, efficiency, and safety;
- Prepare and switch orders, check line readiness;
- Solve first-line issues and escalate when needed;
- Operate machines and work with WMS/hand scanners;
- Coach and support team members;
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

Vaardigheden en vereisten
Who are you?
- Experience in a similar role within a production environment;
- Used to working on a production line;
- A stable work history (CV);
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility;
- Flexible and driven attitude;
- Good command of English (spoken and written);
- Available for a 2-shift system:
- 06:00 – 15:00
- 15:00 – 00:00
- Work location: Oosterhout (Gelderland), occasionally Hedel;
- In possession of a valid driver’s license and own transport.

- Salary: €2.793,18 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week;
