You? A structured, creative, and highly operational Designer who thrives on turning complex B2B strategies into high-impact visual communication. You care about craft, brand consistency, and most importantly, getting high-quality assets out the door to support real-world commercial growth.
Role? Designer, Real Estate (B2B). You will be the creative engine for our Nordic Real Estate vertical, responsible for producing and scaling marketing materials that help our sales teams win and our products land with impact. This is a part-time role (40%) till the end of the Dec 2026
Company? Vend, home of FINN, Blocket, Oikotie, Tori, DBA, and Bilbasen. We are the Nordic powerhouse where millions of people connect to find a home, a job, or a fresh start.
Location? Oslo, with 50% remote flexibility. You will report and work closely with the B2B Marketing & GTM Manager for Real Estate to ensure our commercial ambitions are met with visual excellence.
WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT
This role sits in the Real Estate B2B vertical. You aren't just making things look "nice, you are building the tools that drive revenue.
Real Estate is entering a high-growth phase with frequent product launches and pricing changes. You will translate these complex updates into clear, compelling sales presentations, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral. You will balance high-volume production with the need to build scalable templates that work across our Nordic marketplaces.
