We offer you
As a Production Market & Office Manager in China, you are responsible to operate and develop the market and Kappahl’s value chain in an efficient, sustainable and cost-conscious way. You are responsible for the Shanghai office with about +40 people and will drive and ensure that Kappahl’s values are followed.
You'll work strategically to support the business teams in developing our supply chain, operating prices, lead times, quality, and constant improvements in our sustainability work, with highest efficiency in mind. In this role, you'll work actively to make sure that we are constantly improving and developing our way of working.
Your profile
We are seeking you who

You have solid experience of similar work and have a well-developed financial understanding. Have university education in relevant field. You have previous experience working as a leader, preferably in retail. You are fluent in English in speech and writing.
