We are looking for an Operations Analyst who can help us translate operational and financial data into clear insights, stronger cost control, and better reporting across our Nordic business.
In this role, you will work closely with Operations, Project teams and Finance to identify cost drivers, performance trends, and improvement opportunities. You will join a pan-Nordic team with broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to create value quickly in a mature analytics environment.

About the role and the team
This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and analytics. The team works with service assurance, ensuring stable operations for our customers and following up on faults that occure. You will be part of a pan-Nordic team of five, with your manager based in Oslo. The role can be based in Oslo or Uppsala.
The purpose of your role is to support better decision-making by providing stakeholders with analysis and overviews that help them understand performance, cost development, and where action is needed. You'll provide insights across all levels of the organization; from the Board of Directors to daily operational updates. You will also colaborate closely with our external partners and sub-contractors that do fault-handeling in the field, pinpointing cost drivers and opportunities for improvement.

We believe you are structured, analytical, and comfortable working with large amounts of information. You can explain findings in a simple and useful way, also to stakeholders who are not specialists in analytics.
You work independently, pay attention to detail, and can adjust priorities when needed. You are motivated by improving existing ways of working and helping others make better decisions through facts and insight.
Knowledge of telecom or infrastructure is an advantage, but not a requirement. We also welcome graduates with a strong analytical background and candidates from other industries who bring relevant skills and perspectives.
