Job Description

We're looking for an AI-Native Growth Marketing Associate who combines creativity with analytical thinking. Someone who enjoys zooming out to understand what needs to improve, building smarter ways of working and then turning those insights into campaigns, content and experiences that strengthen Sting's brand and drive measurable growth.
AI is a natural extension of how you work. You use it to think faster, create better, automate repetitive work and continuously improve the quality and impact of your work.
Acting as the operational engine of Sting's marketing function, you will combine creative content creation with growth marketing, AI, automation and digital execution to strengthen Sting's visibility, engagement and conversion.
Working closely with and reporting to our Head of Marketing & Communication, you'll help shape how exceptional founders discover Sting, engage with our brand and ultimately choose to apply to our programs.
A typical week at Sting
No two weeks look the same—but that's exactly what makes this role exciting.
One week you might film founders at a demo day, launch a LinkedIn campaign, build a landing page in Webflow, analyse funnel performance and use AI to turn one founder interview into ten pieces of content.
The next, you might experiment with a new AI workflow, optimise the application journey, plan an event with our founders, create a new Claude Skill or AI agent, or identify new ways to increase visibility and attract more exceptional startups to Sting.
You'll constantly move between strategy and execution, creativity and analysis—always with the goal of strengthening Sting's brand and increasing the number of outstanding founders who discover, engage with and choose Sting.
What you will do
Own Growth & Conversion
- Drive visibility, engagement, lead generation and applications through hands-on execution
- Take ownership of funnel performance—from discovery to application
- Continuously improve lead flow, conversion rates and user journeys
- Measure, analyse and optimise performance to continuously improve results
Content Creation & Channel Execution
This is a highly hands-on role. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating just as much as thinking strategically.
You are equally comfortable behind the camera as behind the keyboard. Whether you're interviewing founders, creating videos, writing copy or launching campaigns, you enjoy turning ideas into content that creates measurable impact.
You will:
- Create, produce and publish high-quality content across LinkedIn, the website, newsletters and other digital channels
- Film, edit and publish engaging short-form video content featuring founders, startups and the Sting ecosystem
- Turn founder stories, startup journeys and ecosystem insights into engaging content that inspires exceptional founders to discover and engage with Sting
- Produce compelling copy and light visual assets aligned with Sting's brand
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across channels with clear performance goals
- Continuously experiment with new content formats, storytelling approaches and AI-powered workflows
- Use AI to significantly increase the speed, quality and scale of content production while maintaining a high editorial standard
Web & Growth Infrastructure
- Own and continuously improve Sting's website in Webflow
- Build and optimise landing pages for conversion
- Ensure tracking and data quality via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
AI, SEO & Discovery
AI isn't just a productivity tool at Sting—it's a core part of how we work.
We're looking for someone who is genuinely AI-native and enjoys experimenting with the latest AI capabilities.
You don't just use AI to write content—you build smarter ways of working.
You will:
- Use AI throughout the entire marketing workflow—from ideation and research to content creation, optimisation and analysis
- Build AI-driven workflows, automations and agents using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Lovable, n8n, Make and other emerging AI platforms
- Build reusable Claude Projects, Skills, prompts and AI workflows that improve quality, speed and consistency across the marketing team
- Continuously explore new AI capabilities and rapidly turn them into practical marketing workflows
- Explore and optimise how Sting appears in AI-driven search and discovery
- Strengthen SEO and Sting's digital visibility across both traditional and AI-powered search
Automation & Optimization
- Build and optimise workflows in HubSpot and other growth marketing tools
- Run A/B tests across messaging, email and landing pages
- Improve and scale the founder journey from first touchpoint to application

Experience & Capabilities
- Experience working hands-on with tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience creating, producing and publishing engaging content across digital channels, including video, copy and social media
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows, AI agents, Claude Projects, Skills or similar AI-native solutions
- Experience working with SEO, growth experiments or conversion optimization
- Comfortable building landing pages, workflows and basic automation setups
- Experience using AI tools as a natural part of your daily work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Location & Language
- This role is based in Stockholm
- Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English is required, as you'll create content, collaborate with founders and engage with the Swedish startup ecosystem.
