F-Secure is all about cyber security, but being the best in the field requires a wide variety of different skillsets. In the Security Research and Technologies department, we work on things ranging from low-level kernel drivers to artificial intelligence. We are a diverse bunch, but we all have one thing in common - what we do is meaningful and impactful.
To protect our customers even better we are investing heavily in expanding our set of core competences into the Artificial Intelligence domain, and are looking for you to join the Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence (AICE). The AICE team is comprised of experts in big data technologies, data processing, statistics, machine learning and data analysis, complemented with the strong foundation of cyber security inherent in the F-Secure DNA.
In the Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence you will work on a unique set of data collected by our security software. You will also work with other parts of the company to help making better data driven decisions. Many diverse and interesting data-related problems will need to be solved along the way.

Experience with relevant programming languages, for example: Node.js, Python, R, Scala, Java (several years for a senior position)
Experience using AWS or other public cloud services (e.g. Kinesis, IAM, Lambda, S3, Cloudformation, DynamoDB, EMR, EC2)
Experience in quality practices, continuous deployment, and DevOps
Experience with Spark and/or other similar big data technologies
Good communication skills
In this role you will be working with interesting complex data and real-life problems utilizing the latest technologies in big data and data engineering/data science to build operational solutions to protect our customers.
