Ready to build the future with one of Southern Norway’s most advanced technology teams?
We’re looking for a passionate developer to join our in-house development team and help shape the next generation of digital solutions at Gard. You’ll play a key role in evolving our existing systems to meet new business needs.
Working closely with your team, you’ll design and build new solutions that keep our business competitive and our technology stack modern.
Much of our work revolves around cross-technology APIs, enabling seamless integration across our systems and empowering development teams throughout the organisation.
What you will be part of
We’re amid an ambitious digital transformation - one that mirrors the evolution of the maritime industry itself. We’re developing critical platforms and capabilities to deliver high-quality digital services to both colleagues and customers.
At the heart of this transformation are our core systems, all developed, operated, and supported by our experienced in-house teams. As a member of the team, you’ll be involved throughout the entire lifecycle: from idea and design, through implementation and testing, to delivery, continuous improvement, and long-term growth.
Our teams are self-governing within the development area, giving you real ownership and influence. You’ll work on meaningful, varied tasks with full support to grow your skills across the technology stack. Strong communication skills are important, as you’ll collaborate closely with business users to turn needs into great solutions.
