Marketing Automation Specialist / Growth Hacker, Group Support Office

Scandic has started the transformation of becoming a Data driven company, focusing on customer intelligence, decisions and actions based on data. The Customer Loyalty & Insights team is responsible for building guest lifecycle value by using data and insights to suggest and implement actions.

In the role as Marketing Automation Specialist/Growth Hacker you will be the expert in creating efficient and fast growth, both within members of the Loyalty Program and guests.

You will mainly be responsible of growth within our email marketing, but the role is also responsible for starting a community to introduce a growth hacking mindset and techniques within other departments and channels. You will also be the lead for driving and developing automations and lifecycle communication in collaboration with our markets.

You will work closely with the Customer Analyst, Data Strategist and Marketing Automation Platform Product Owner and also be a part of projects suitable for your profile.

Areas of responsibility

  • Develop and implement marketing automation opportunities (mainly for e-mail, sms and push)
  • Drive Growth hacking from idea to ROI - share insights, recommendations and drive them to action and show impact
  • Drive a fast way of testing/learning process and be an evangelist for cross-functional teamwork
  • Uncover opportunities
  • Analyze data and gather insights, ideate, prioritize, test
  • Plan and implement Growth Hacking processes

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have had a similar role before and that you understand both marketing and data analysis. You have very good analytical skills, you think outside the box to find or come up with new ideas. You are creative, know how to fail fast and aren’t afraid of taking risks. You are good at prioritizing and understanding the importance of e-mail marketing, campaigns and follow-up, and can also drive the development from current state to a forward leaning approach.

You should be able to take responsibility of your daily work and also plan for the future needs of the role and growth hacking.

  • Proven track record of E-mail Marketing, Marketing Automations and Growth Hacking
  • 5 years’ experience working with analysis of data – meriting if within B2C
  • Experience and understanding of marketing, personalization and digitalization
  • Proven ability to successfully drive analysis related projects
  • Experience from Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g. SalesForce Marketing Cloud)
  • Proven ability to create dashboards
  • Familiar with SQL or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
