We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of company events from start to finish.

The Event Manager will be responsible for designing event concepts led and supervised by the Marketing Manager, coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
This role requires exceptional project-management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other internal teams to ensure that all events align with brand goals, budget requirements, and overall strategic objectives.

This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute local corporate events, conferences and special activities
  • Develop creative event concepts and detailed project timelines
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Coordinate with agency, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, registration, audiovisual needs, and on-site execution
  • Ensure all events comply with brand guidelines
  • Track event performance, conduct post-event evaluations, and prepare detailed reports
  • Manage event marketing materials and collaborate with the communications team to promote events
  • Provide on-site leadership and troubleshoot issues during events
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders
