International Group Desk is Scandic’s Inhouse Sales department where we handle all leisure and crew reservations for our hotels in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. With high energy, strong teamwork, and a true “let’s do this” spirit, we work to offer a world-class, worry-free customer journey and deliver the best possible service to our guests.
We now need to strengthen our team with wonderful new colleagues and are looking for committed International Group Desk Sales Agents who are passionate about business and service!
We are now searching for someone who wants to sell and coordinate leisure bookings for selected hotels in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. Leisure is an important and large segment for Scandic and includes everything from small groups of 10 people to large series.
You will be the guest’s primary point of contact from the moment of inquiry and will also be responsible for detail planning of the entire booking and follow-up of the stay together with the customer. You, your team, and your leader work closely with all our hotels in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.

As an International Group Desk Sales Agent, you need to be attentive, thorough, and eager to deliver service at the highest level. You are creative, driven by sales, have a positive attitude toward both colleagues and customers, and find it easy to collaborate. We want you to be bold, take initiative, and feel confident bringing new proposals and ideas. Your passion for good customer relations and strong communication skills are seen as a given. You are responsible for ensuring that your performance helps the team reach its goals and that customers experience fantastic service. You and your team play a major role in ensuring that customers return to us at Scandic. We want you to bring your culture and experiences to help inspire and develop the International Group Desk together with your colleagues.
Fluent spoken and written English is required, including local language based on your office position. Previous experience in similar work, Scandic, and skills in Opera Cloud are highly meriting.
