Now, we are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Article Coordinator to join our Purchase team at our Head Office in Stockholm (Kista). In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our product data is accurate, up to date, and supports our business in the best possible way.

About the role

As an Article Coordinator, you will work closely with Category Managers and Category Coordinators to create and maintain product data in our business systems. You will be a central part of ensuring high-quality master data – something that is crucial for both our stores and our customers’ experience.

This is a role where attention to detail, structure, and collaboration truly make a difference.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining accurate product master data across our systems
• Setting up new articles in ERP systems
• Ensuring correct product information for shelf labels and campaigns
• Managing and following up on article-related queries from stores
• Ensuring correct freight add-ons and campaign data
• Supporting with Intrastat declarations
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization

You will work closely with teams such as Sales, Stores, Warehouse, Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and suppliers to ensure data accuracy and quality.

Who are you?

We believe you are someone who enjoys working with data, structure, and details – while also being a true team player.

You likely have:

• Experience working with large amounts of data
• A background in retail, purchasing, or similar fields
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluency in both English and Swedish
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Prior experience in working with ERP systems is considered positive

You are organized, proactive, and take ownership of your work. You understand the importance of accurate data and enjoy working in a role where your contributions have a real impact across the organization.
