Job Description
Looking to bring structure to global operations and see how a top tech company runs behind the scenes? This could be your next step.
What will you be doing?
Supercell is looking for a Digital Collaboration & Process Developer to join Supercell’s IT team in Helsinki for a one-year fixed-term project. In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing how collaboration environments—such as meeting rooms, event spaces, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., tools for communication, meetings, and teamwork) — are supported across Supercell’s global offices. Your goal is to bring structure, consistency, and clarity to the support processes and practices behind these environments.
You will focus on developing and unifying support processes for meeting rooms and collaboration environments in offices in Helsinki, London, San Francisco, Seoul, and Shanghai. This is not a hands-on support role—instead, you will define how support should work across locations and ensure scalable, consistent practices.
In practice, you will map current ways of working across offices, identify gaps, and build clear operating models, playbooks, and documentation. You will collaborate closely with internal IT teams, local stakeholders, and external vendors, and contribute to developing vendor agreements related to collaboration environments.
What makes you a great fit?
This role is a great match for someone early in their career who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments and turning ideas into clear, practical processes. You are curious, hands-on, and not afraid to take ownership in situations where things are still evolving.
You are motivated by improving how things work, and you have a genuine interest in service management, operations, or process development. You enjoy working with different stakeholders and communicating clearly across teams and cultures.
We require you to have:
- Ongoing, nearly finished or recently completed studies in industrial engineering and management, operations management, information and service management, or comparable education or experience
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience through full-time work, internships, trainee roles or project-based work (e.g. in process development, operations, vendor management, or similar)
- A structured and organised way of working with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and move work forward even in loosely defined situations
- Willingness to travel a few times during the year to Supercell locations
- A full working proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing
- Interest in automation, AI, or improving operational efficiency
We consider as an asset:
- Exposure to IT support, workplace technology, or collaboration tools
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment
Why you will love it at Supercell:
- Build your career at Supercell, where you see how a global tech company operates behind the scenes and learn from experienced professionals
- Take ownership of a meaningful project where your work creates a long-term impact on global operations
- Grow your skills in process development and stakeholder collaboration in an international environment
- Work in a supportive team that values clarity, autonomy, and well-functioning everyday work
- Experience international collaboration and travel to different Supercell offices
Practicalities:
This is a full-time and fixed-term position for one year. You will be employed directly by Supercell. The start time for the role is either in May or September 2026. Your main working location will be Supercell’s headquarters in Helsinki at the Brick City office, and we expect you to work mostly onsite due to the nature of the tasks. The role also requires travelling to Supercell’s other offices in San Francisco, Seoul, Shanghai and London, including a minimum of two visits to each office over the course of the one-year contract. Please note that you need to have a valid work permit in Finland. Unfortunately, we do not offer any relocation support for this position.
Recruitment process timeline:
- Application period ends: 22.4.2026
- Initial phone interviews with aTalent: week 18
- Interview rounds with Supercell: week 19 – week 20
- Final decisions and selections: week 21
Does this sound like the next step in your career? Please submit your CV and motivation letter in PDF-format in English by the latest 22nd of April via our application system. Please note that we are actively reviewing applications throughout the application period and processing them in the order they are received. Remember to use the application system; we do not accept applications by email.
