Must Haves:

• 5+ years experience
• Looking for someone very iterative, must have a product mindset and think analytically as well as work well with data scientists and data engineers.
• Ability to drive a product backlog and articulate that value and hunt it down
• Looking for analytics based Product Manager rather than UI based products. They are looking at data and looking at solutions to data leakage

General Comments

Working in connected PBM initiatives.

He is looking for a Product Manager, and he has two colleagues also looking for PMs.

CDTO and analytics sides are connecting, Aneesh is on the analytics side.

They have re-orged into a squad model, smaller teams are granted more autonomy and will drive their particular roadmap and own it. Squad lead translates to a Product Manager.

The role will be remote and ideally CTH.

This will be more of a lead product manager around 5-7+ years pf experience.

XP background would be helpful, has 3 reporting to him right now.
