UX/UI Designer Responsibilities:
- Develop user-centered design solutions for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Lead and present design concepts, articulating the rationale behind choices to stakeholders and leadership.
- Contribute to establishing and maintaining design standards, patterns, and system components based on research and best practices.
- Incorporate accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles to enhance usability across devices and user needs.
Skills & Requirements
UX/UI Designer Qualifications:
- Portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs demonstrating your process and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or Digital Design; MFA or advanced degrees are a plus.
- Over 7 years of experience in product or user experience design within relevant industries.
- Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Axure, or Penpot.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
- Proven success leading multiple design efforts and working within Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate user needs into engaging, accessible experiences
