Job Description
We're a multi-market PR and communications agency with a growing presence in New York. Our work spans fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, and more - and our New York showroom is at the heart of it. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented intern to jump in across PR, showroom operations, events, and creative projects.
What you'll be doing
- Managing gifting logistics end-to-end - from coordinating send-outs to tracking deliveries and following up on coverage
- Keeping the showroom well-organised, stocked, and always press-ready
- Handling inbound and outbound client product, logging samples, managing returns, and maintaining accurate inventory
- Supporting the team on media and influencer list building, keeping contacts current and well-organised
- Assisting with outreach to press and talent, helping draft and send notes as needed
- Supporting guest list management for events and brand activations, from building the list to confirmations and day-of logistics
Skills & Requirements
Who you are
- Currently studying or recently graduated in PR, communications, fashion, or a related field
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Genuinely passionate about beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
- Based in New York or able to commute in
