About the position

Are you a detail-driven visual specialist who thrives in the craft of post-production? Someone who loves refining, perfecting, and bringing brand assets to life across every touchpoint? If you’re as comfortable polishing artwork as you are working across print, motion, and digital platforms, this role is built for you.

We are looking for a talented Brand Content & Visual Designer to join our team —as an independent contractor. This is a freelance collaboration, ideal for professionals who prefer flexibility and autonomy while working on exciting creative projects.
As a contractor, you will work closely with our team on a variety of visual projects on international level, contributing your creative expertise while managing your own schedule and workflow.

This role sits at the heart of brand execution—owning the post-production, adaptation, and rollout of visual assets across digital, print, video, and packaging. You’ll ensure every asset is on-brand, production-ready, and executed to the highest standard across the Dometic Group’s portfolio of brands.

This is not a traditional “concept-led” graphic designer role. Instead, it’s about precision, consistency, and craftsmanship. Taking creative direction and turning it into flawless, scalable brand output

Your main responsibilities

  • Own the post-production and finalization of brand assets across digital and print channels
  • Implement and safeguard the global visual identity across all marketing materials
  • Adapt, localize, and version artwork for multiple markets, platforms, and formats
  • Execute high-quality image retouching, color correction, and visual optimization
  • Edit and refine video content, animations, and motion graphics for campaign use
  • Prepare assets for web, app, social, print and retail production
  • Support UX execution for web and app interfaces, ensuring visual consistency and clarity
  • Develop and adapt packaging artwork and production-ready files
  • Act as a brand guardian during rebrands, integrations, and acquisitions
  • Maintain and help evolve brand standards, templates, and guidelines
  • Support, coach, and train local marketing teams and newly acquired brands in correct brand execution
    Key objectives:
  • Ensuring high execution level of brand adherence in all produced artwork, both print and digital
  • Consistent output of produced marketing material in all countries, through training and alignment with local graphic producers – internal and external

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:

  • Excellent knowledge and deep experience in industry standard software’s for graphic design and digital media editing and creation
  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience working as a graphic designer in either a creative agency or in-house role
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details that can be demonstrated by a strong and broad portfolio of work
  • A bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
  • Professional working proficiency in core creative programs including InDesign, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Figma and After Effects
  • Professional proficiency in the English language both written and verbal, additional languages such as German are a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office suite

  • To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:

    • Excellent project and time management skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work flexibly, independently and to deadlines
