About the position


As a Group Strategy Analyst, you will work closely with the Director of Strategy and several other colleagues within the company. The role is broad and varied, where your main responsibility is to analyze the market and contribute insights to strategic initiatives. You act as a strategic sounding board for other departments and participate in various projects together with functional teams. In other words, it is a role with diverse tasks but also clear areas of responsibility. For example, you will be responsible for preparing and driving the strategic follow‑up work for the group, which includes monitoring strategic initiatives and established goals. In this role, you will work with both internal and external stakeholders and partners. You will have ongoing collaboration with several departments, including Portfolio, Commercial, and Sustainability. You report to the Director of Strategy.


Your main responsibilities include:

Skills & Requirements

Who you are

  • University degree, i.e. an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Economics, or another equivalent field.
  • At least 1–2 years of work experience in an analytical role, such as Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or similar
  • Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint – experience with Power BI is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • Experience in driving or leading projects (in professional settings or during studies) is an advantage

You also have a strong aptitude for analysis, business strategy, and problem‑solving, and you thrive when structuring and organizing your work independently.
