We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Assembler within our International Parkway facility.

As an Assembler, will be responsible for cutting fabric materials and assembling final product used in the production of our high-quality products. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to upholding our standards of excellence.

General Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and specifications.
  • Operate cutting machines to accurately cut fabric materials to required dimensions.
  • Inspect materials for quality and consistency, identifying any defects or discrepancies.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Skills & Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will bring demonstrated success in assembly and manufacturing as well as having acquired the following qualifications and experiences.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience is required.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating cutting machines and other manufacturing equipment preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams required.

This position works onsite at our International Parkway location (Elkhart, IN).
