About the role

As Product Owner Digital Sales & Services, you are accountable for the vision, strategy, and commercial performance of our digital sales channels.

You act as the single point of accountability for digital sales performance, conversion, and customer experience. You translate strategic priorities into a clear roadmap and prioritized backlog that directly drives revenue growth and digital sales effectiveness.

You report to the Manager B2B Digital and collaborate closely with stakeholders across commercial, marketing, tech, and operations.

Your responsibilities

  • Digital Sales Strategy & Growth
  • Own and drive the digital sales strategy, with full accountability for revenue performance across digital channels
  • Define initiatives that increase conversion, average order value, and customer acquisition
  • Ensure digital channels are a primary and scalable sales engine for the business
  • Product Vision & Strategy
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with digital sales growth
  • Balance short-term commercial impact with long-term scalability and value creation
  • Product Ownership & Delivery
  • Own and prioritize the end-to-end product backlog with a clear focus on sales-driving features
  • Translate business objectives and customer insights into actionable requirements that improve conversion and sales performance
  • Ensure high-quality, predictable delivery together with internal teams and external partners
  • Performance & Optimization
  • Own the digital sales budget, forecasting, and reporting, with clear accountability for revenue and KPI performance
  • Continuously optimize conversion, funnels, and digital journeys through data, testing, and experimentation

Who are you?

You are a commercially driven product leader with a strong background in digital sales, who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and enjoys owning outcomes end to end.

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and have a proven ability to turn digital initiatives into measurable sales results. You are driven by performance, data, and continuous optimization.

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management with a strong focus on digital sales and e-commerce performance
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital channels
  • Strong expertise in digital customer journeys, conversion optimization, and sales funnel performance
  • Experience owning commercial KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, and customer acquisition
  • Experience working in agile product development environments
  • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and commercial teams
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data-driven optimization and experimentation
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and digital platforms
  • Experience from telecom, subscription-based, or B2B environments is a plus
