We are looking for a maternity leave replacement to our dynamics team. In this role, you’ll support and improve the production flows behind our flights, hotels, and cruises. You’ll work closely with specialists, product teams, IT, and operations to ensure our systems run reliably and our customers get the best possible experience.
What you’ll be doing
• Handle and document booking- and production‑related inquiries, ensuring smooth resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues and help follow up on production challenges.
• Support system configurations and contribute to system updates and workflow improvements.
• Participate in testing and rollout of new features, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Maintain and improve documentation, share updates, and help streamline communication between teams.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, and Operations to keep processes aligned and efficient.
• Suggest improvements and take part in continuous optimization of our production flows.

Who you are
• You have 3–5 years of experience from an OTA, dynamic packaging, or a similar area.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different teams.
• You’re structured, organized, and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once.
• You’re curious about systems and enjoy understanding how different parts connect.
• You stay calm and solution‑oriented in a fast‑changing environment.
What you bring
• Experience with travel‑related systems, whereof Amadeus is a must and Sabre is a plus.
• A solid understanding of booking flows, dynamic production, or operational workflows.
• A proactive mindset — you like to improve things, not just maintain them.
• Ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
Your background
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in travel operations, reservations, production, or similar.
• Post‑secondary education in tourism, business, logistics, IT, or another relevant field.
The position is a parental leave cover, based at our headquarters in Norrtull, Stockholm.
