Account Management Lead

We are currently hiring an Account Management Lead to be based in Helsinki.

YOUR MISSION AT EPASSI

As Account Management Lead, you'll own and grow our mid-segment customer portfolio in Finland — driving retention, upsell, and cross-sell while building a high-performing account management team. This is a leadership role at the heart of our commercial operations, reporting directly to the Finland BU CCO.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading and developing the Finnish mid-segment account management team
  • Driving customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell performance across the portfolio
  • Running sales training and building team capability
  • Tracking daily activity levels and sales results to ensure targets are met
  • Developing ways of working, processes, and frameworks that scale

YOU'LL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU

  • Consistently deliver on retention and revenue growth targets across your customer base
  • Build a motivated, results-driven team with clear goals and a strong coaching cadence
  • Improve NPS and customer engagement metrics across the mid-segment
  • Establish scalable account management processes that lift the whole team's performance

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Leading day-to-day customer activities: monitoring activity levels, NPS, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Coaching team members through deal reviews, call shadowing, and pipeline management
  • Tracking and reporting on team KPIs and taking action where needed
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Developing and refining account management playbooks and processes

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Relevant educational background, preferably in business or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading sales or active B2B customer relationship management
  • Prior people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Solid background in managing and growing broader B2B customer portfolios
  • Experience as a sales team manager or Head of KAM / Customer Operations is a strong plus
  • Fluent English & Finnish

YOUR TRACK RECORD

  • Delivered measurable revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell in a B2B environment
  • Led a team to exceed retention and/or sales targets
  • Built or improved account management processes that drove commercial results
  • Managed customer portfolios with demonstrable NPS or satisfaction improvements
