Skills and Requirements –
2-5+ years of current experience providing project coordination and support
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) required
· Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive preferred
· Ability to learn new technologies as they are introduced (Smartsheet, Cornerstone LMS, EdCast LXP, etc.)
· Superior follow-through, organization, time management, and attention to detail
· Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including executives and senior leadership
· Must be committed to ongoing intellectual and professional development
· High learning agility and ability to adapt to change
· Great initiative with the ability to be collaborative and a team player
· Positive, professional attitude and presence, ability to exhibit exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
