About the job
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Customer Care Team based in Bolsover, with the possibility of working Hybrid.
You will ideally have experience working within a Complaints or Customer Service environment, proficient keyboard skills with a keen eye for detail, together with excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with both internal and external customers.
Previous knowledge of the automotive glass industry would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
As part of your development you will learn and adhere to the company’s procedures.
The business is continually developing and tailoring roles to meet customer and industry expectations, therefore, continual coaching and mentoring is part of your development within the team.
