Supercell is looking for a super can-doer Office Operations Intern to join their dynamic Office Experience Team in Helsinki. You will play a big part in making sure that everything runs smoothly at the office!

Key responsibilities

You will join Supercell’s Office Experience Team, which is responsible for making sure that Supercellians experience the best possible facilities at the offices in Helsinki .The team ensures everything runs at a gold star level so people can focus on what matters most: making games!

Your main responsibilities as an Intern include:

• Assisting with daily office operations, like setting up workstations, managing facilities (meeting rooms, gym etc.) and organizing office supplies
• Assisting with facilities-based queries and cooperating with employees and external partners when needed
• Assisting with internal activities, like workshops
• Supporting the Office Experience Team with various office-related projects

Requirements:

• Ongoing, nearly finished studies in hospitality management, business, management assistance, or similar
• Previous entry-level work experience in customer service, office admin or equivalent
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, and a proactive, independent and hands-on approach to your work
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and software quickly (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack, AI tools)
• Full working proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work onsite at Supercell offices in Helsinki

Assets:

• Experience in an international office environment
• Good skills with AI tools
• Genuine interest in games

Practicalities:

This is a fixed-term, full-time and paid internship from early August 2026 until February 2027. In this position, you’ll work onsite at Supercell offices in Jätkäsaari and Ruoholahti, and you will be employed directly by Supercell. Please note that you need to have a valid work permit in Finland. Unfortunately we do not offer any relocation support for this position.

Initial timetable for the recruitment:

Sun 12th of April: Application deadline

Week 16: Phone interviews with aTalent

Week 17-19: A few rounds of onsite interviews with Supercell (remote option if needed)

By Week 20: Final decision and employment contract

Early August 2026: Planned starting date (negotiable)
