Group Supply Chain Manager

Shape the future in an organization that is  evolving

About us
Optinova is more than a manufacturer of medical tubing – we are experts in advanced extrusion and material technologies.  Our products are used where quality and precision are critical: IV catheters, infusion sets, small catheter systems, as well as components for coffee machines and aerospace applications.  Our global headquarters is located in Åland, Finland.  We operate production facilities across three continents and have sales offices worldwide.  We develop solutions together with our customers from a technical and operational perspective.  With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and reliability, we create solutions that work in real, often critical, environments.

We’re searching for someone who wants to be part of shaping what comes next — and who thrives in an environment where challenge drives progress.

The Role – Group Supply Chain Manager
As our Group Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the global supply chain function and work closely with key stakeholders across the company.  It’s a true end-to-end role where you drive strategic direction while also staying connected to the operational reality.  You will see a direct impact of your work on the business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where a baseline has been built – but where there is still significant room to shape, strengthen, and elevate how we work.  Our supply chain organization is developing, and maturity levels vary across teams and regions.

You need to feel comfortable navigating change, working hands-on when needed, and using your relationship-building skills to understand where the organization is today. This role does not come with fully established or rigid processes. It involves not only maintaining what already exists but also building and shaping new processes.

You must also be a proactive team player who reads the organization well, introduces solutions at the right time, and contributes actively to discussions and decisions.

The position can be based at either our Mariehamn or Uppsala office.
