You will work closely with the business and senior leadership to identify the key drivers of churn and ensure that data and analysis are translated into actionable initiatives.
The role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, where you will analyze data, structure complex problems, and lead initiatives that improve our customer lifecycle.
