
Albert is looking for a Performance Marketing Designer (Paid Social) to join our growing marketing team! In this role, you’ll create high-performing static and video creatives for Paid Social channels, with a strong focus on conversion-driven performance marketing.
The core of the position is producing and optimizing Meta-first marketing creatives that drive measurable business results. You will work closely with the Marketing team to create banners and videos for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, continuously testing, learning, and iterating based on performance data.
We are looking for someone who understands what makes a creative convert — someone who knows how to capture attention quickly, communicate value clearly, and design assets that perform across different paid social platforms. You are motivated by improving metrics through creative experimentation and enjoy working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with a high volume of A/B testing.
