The team Rate Loading & Channels Support primarily works with our booking- and distribution platform as well as our Consortia & Corporate RFP-process. We are responsible for system configuration and quality assurance of rates, agreements, images and hotel information in internal and external booking channels.
Your duties in this project is to support the entire process related to configuration of rates, rooms, rules and products in Scandics systems relating to their distribution platform.
We are currently 20 colleagues in our our team, and to secure delivery of our daily tasks as well as a number of large projects during the spring, we are now looking for temporary extra resources. starting April 7th.

Kvalifikationer
We are looking for
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable working with system configurations
- Fast learners with good analytical and administrative skills
- You are fluent in english (written and spoken), as this is the primary working language for the project.
- You can commit to a full-time schedule starting April 7th for approximately four weeks.
It is meritorious if you have
- Previous experience working with Opera Cloud or Opera v5
- Experience from hotel reception, reservations, or travel agency administration.
- Proficiency in Swedish.

Information about the position
We are looking for extra resources, with availability to start as soon as possible. You´ll be working in our group support office at Norrtull in Stockholm.
