Job Description

We are looking for a Operations Administrator for Planhat.

We are seeking a detailed-oriented, collaborative, self-starter to join our international team. This role plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations and project support in our dynamic and [very] fast growing company. The position is full-time, remote role so you can be located wherever you are!

We're a fast growing tech startup, we operate and move super fast and your job is to make sure that nothing falls between the cracks!

Responsibilities

  • Manage our invoices/billings, pay our vendors and employees.
  • Light Marketing tasks such as updating the website, coordinating events, updating social media channels, putting together reports and similar
  • Expense reporting
  • Other document and contract support including proofreading, editing legal documents (no, you don't need to be a lawyer!)

Skills & Requirements

  • Outstanding organizational, administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Accounting experience is a plus
  • High-energy, team-first, positive attitude
  • Practical business understanding with genuine passion for technology and/or entrepreneurship.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
  • Highly developed computer skills including full literacy in Google Docs
