IT Service Manager – Finance Operations

We are looking for an IT Service Manager who wants to help us develop and strengthen our services within Finance Operations, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO). In this role, you will act as a key bridge between our Finance teams, superusers, and both technical and external partners. You ensure that our systems run smoothly day‑to‑day, while also driving improvements that make work easier for colleagues across Scandic.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:
- Own and manage IT services connected to Finance Operations, with D365FO as a core platform.
- Ensure stable operations, high-quality support, and well‑structured incident and problem management.
- Work according to ITIL practices for service management.
- Prioritize and coordinate needs and change requests together with the business and our vendors.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and follow up to ensure solutions meet expected quality.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure deliveries meet our expectations.
- Actively contribute to improving processes, data flows, and ways of working within the area.

Skills & Requirements

    Who you are

    We believe you are someone who:
    - Is analytical, solution‑oriented, curious, and enjoys collaborating with many different colleagues.
    - Brings a can‑do mindset and is a positive team player.
    - Has experience in IT service management, preferably based on ITIL.
    - Has worked with ERP systems, ideally D365FO or similar financial solutions.
    - Understand both day‑to‑day business needs and the technical possibilities.
    - Communicates clearly and builds trustful relationships with both business stakeholders and vendors.
    - Has strong communication skills and can present data and recommendations in a structured and clear way to stakeholders at all levels.
    - Acts with integrity and builds trust with senior management.
    - Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    - Has solid skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.


    Meriting qualifications:
    - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
    - Experience in transaction matching and reconciliations (e.g., card transactions, incoming payments).
    - Understanding of finance processes and related integrations/data flows.
    - Experience working with system vendors and outsourced services.
    - ITIL certification.
