Policy Analyst – Federal/State Compliance (CFR / Government Programs)

- Analyze Illinois Administrative Code
- Develop policy crosswalks and gap analysis
- Identify inconsistencies and compliance risks
- Support SOP development with regulatory alignment
Skills & Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of policy or regulatory analysis experience
- Experience with federal/state compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
Preferred:
- Experience with 2 CFR 200, WIOA, RSA programs
- Public sector experience
