Why is this role important to us?
The upcoming year will be about ramping up our sales efforts to be able to help as many companies as possible to succeed in this digital shift of becoming more evidence and data-driven in how they run “people operations”. As Account Executive you will be one of the first employees in our sales team, and together with the CEO and Head of Growth you’ll be instrumental in building up this part of the business. For the right person, the future possibilities on how to grow and advance within the company will be endless.
The Account Executive is a quota carrying role and your primary responsibility will be to run, develop and close sales opportunities that are qualified by the Sales Development team.
You will be part of a small and nimble team and work closely together with our CEO and Head of Growth to build and scale the sales team.
